Thanks again for working so hard to meet the VERY important deadline of Lucy's 4th birthday party. My Sam’s Club play set looks great, and it passed with flying colors the only test that matters-- 18 kids delightfully jumping on, in and around it for three hours straight. Dealing with our small back yard with a sloped surface that included hidden slabs of concrete was not easy, and you handled the challenges with grace and confidence. I'm SO GLAD that we have this awesome play set, and I'm SO glad you put it together instead of us! Thanks again.

We're having a blast! The system is really impressive. There's really no negatives. It's so solid it's like playing in a gym.  It doesn't shake at all, a testament to both the system and the installation.  In fact, it shakes so
little, I forgot until I played on a different system last weekend that shaking is actually a problem some basketball systems have.  Bottom line is that we go out to play and it's ready for us.  I can't possibly imagine a better system.  We've raised it and lowered it, no issues.  My kids are 5 & 8 and have been playing on it so much that they've noticeably improved in fewer than 3 weeks (if the older one thinks she's MJ, the younger one is now committed to being "Kobe".  LOL!)

To the Pro Dunk folks: If you have folks who need installation in the Maryland area, I can't recommend Kenny and his Reliant Assembly Team high enough. The job required flexibility.  Flexibility in the installation given the specific needs and layout of the court and yard.

Flexibility on scheduling--I'm in a high stress position with a very busy
schedule.  For example, I asked Kenny if we could get an earlier start than
is his usual to solve a schedule conflict for me, and he made it seem to be
no problem at all (no hemming and hawing, just Ok, we can do that).

They convey professionalism.  Kenny and the gentleman working with
him, Mike, were very professional when they were here--they explained
everything to me and then did exactly what they explained.

The installation looks very clean.  And they were very nice, personable 
people (don't underestimate the value of that when someone is installing
something that is supposed to be fun for your kids).

Amazing! "Some assembly required" should be changed to "expert required, do not attempt on your own" for most of the stuff we purchase! Ordered a desk with three drawers and a bookcase with three shelves, and double doors with inside shelving for my home office from Wayfair. Great pieces for the price, but arrived in two shrink-wrapped boxes less than 6" deep which meant that there were a gazillion pieces for each item. Reliant Assembly sent a technician (on time) who carried the items to the room for assembly and then worked over 3 hours nonstop to put them together. Both look exactly as pictured and fit perfectly. We would have NEVER gotten these assembled on our own. The price was excellent. Best decision ever!

I just wanted to thank you for sending Norbert out to put together our PAX wardrobe and pantry from IKEA, and also my grill. He did a really nice job and maintained a great attitude (despite IKEA's lack of warning about door hinges intersecting with drawers which caused a few minor re-dos). He clearly knew what he was doing. He modified and leveled the wardrobe expertly. It all looks fantastic and I can't imagine us getting it done on our own any time soon.

Hi all. The gentleman that delivered and set up the systems office furniture were wonderful. They had a difficult time figuring out where some of the furniture went because of not being supplied with floor plans, but they were very patient and figured it out. Money well spent with the gentlemen who assembled this furniture. They arrived shortly after 9:00AM and just left at 5:15PM this evening. They assembled 46 cartons of Lacosse office furniture.
